Terms of Sale

All prices are in Euro's. Postage and insurance is not included.
Cost of shipment is added at cost price; customers are informed about this cost; a list of most common rates is available here.
Payment options are Bank Transfer (only within Europe) or Paypal; Pallas Books requests payment in advance for book prices over Euro 100,00.
Books may been returned within 14 days after delivery, the cost of shipment for returning the book is for the buyer. Only when the book evidently doesn't meet the advertised condition, the cost of shipment is for the seller (Pallas Books).
Books remain the property of Pallas Books until payment is received.
Dutch law is applicable on these terms of sale.
